embarrassing mishap: the agency Jung von Matt should make a logo for a Hessian energy supplier. The design was dynamic and was taken over by energy companies.
But now the advertisers have discovered that there is another company called HSE - with a strikingly similar logo.
The utility shows "not amused", but now sees the matter pragmatically: First, the new logo, is not whether or doublet. For the East German company had so far failed to obtain protection for its logo trademark. That in turn have done hastily but the Hessians. Clever. Secondly, the Darmstadt pay only half of the originally agreed agency salary of 400,000 euros. (Source: Handelsblatt, 26.08.2010 )
